Shipping and return

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please complete the return request form here or email support@house-goods.com within 100 nights of original purchase for instructions on how to return Household's for a refund or exchange.

All Household's units include a 1-year limited warranty. For warranty support, please email us at support@house-goods.com.

Returns must be in new condition and original packaging. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax minus shipping charge (if you paid for expedited shipping) which will not be refunded. We will provide a prepaid label for return shipping. Your refund will be processed once we have received the product in our warehouse.
